Vegan Indian Cooking is out - I know you all know that - but, what you might not know is that I've reserved 2 months for Chicago and Chicagoland events alone.
This includes Media coverage: Chicago Tonight, WCIU, the Chicago Tribune, and an interview with Radio Girl podcast. We launched with the first ever indian as apple pie bloggers event at Williams-Sonoma this week as well.
This is a pretty big deal, because last go around, I spend more of my days on the road promoting The Indian Slow Cooker and teaching classes. But this time around, I did not want to disappoint all the folks right her in Chicago that want to learn a few tricks of the homestyle Indian food biz.
The schedule starts off with a bang this Saturday, Sept. 22 from 1-3 p.m. I'll be at Williams-Sonona on Michigan Ave. in the 900 North. Then, Sunday from 1-3 p.m. in Oak Brook. There are events at Sur la table in Naperville, Costco, and even Whole Foods. Everything is listed on the Events tab on this website.
Hope to see you all you locals.
Thanks for all the continued support!

Great interview! Good luck with the TV deal— that sounds awesome!
Are you doing any appearances in the Philadelphia area???
Comments will be approved before showing up.

Hi Amanda. Thanks for reaching out. I will absolutely be in Philly by year’s end. I grew up in King of Prussia, so love to come home! Definitely stay in touch with the Williams-Sonoma in the Bellevue for upcoming classes.
