WHO WANTS to TRAVEL to INDIA? People have been asking me for years if I will take them to India. I am beyond excited to share that I have now created the perfect tour of North India, which I will personally host this coming February 10-21, 2025. I have teamed up with my friend and experienced tour operator Claudia Royston, owner of Chicago-based Global Gourmands, to create a truly unforgettable experience.
I have personally curated every single thing about this trip – from the immersive experiences to the sightseeing to the meals and hotels – and what makes it truly special is the inclusion of Lucknow, not typically part of a North India itinerary, but well worth a visit.
Our journey begins in Delhi, where you’ll walk through one of the oldest and most historic markets and see how traders bring their spices to the capitol to sell and distribute. In Jaipur, we'll discover the crafts and craftsmanship of Rajasthan which is having a moment in India right now. In Agra you will see the gorgeous Taj Mahal for yourself – a must when in India – and the tour finishes in Lucknow, the historic home of the Nawabs and India’s contemporary culinary capital.
