Dal Makhani Spice Kit

Your Dal Makhani Spice Kit includes: 

• 1 Dal Makhani recipe 
• 1-1/2 cups sabut urad dal + 1/2 cup red kidney beans
• 1 pinch hing + 2 tsp cumin seeds + 1/2 tsp turmeric powder + 1 cinnamon stick + 2 bay leaves
• 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
• 2 tsp garam masala + 2 tsp ground cumin + 2 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp red chile powder
• 1 tsp cardamom seeds
• 2 tbsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Items listed together are packaged together as they are added to the recipe at the same time. We always package the red chile separately so you can adjust the heat. 

Items not included that you will need to provide are: ghee or vegetable oil, yellow onion, ginger, garlic, fresh chiles, tomato paste, salt, cream, and water.
