The Instant Pot Indian media tour is underway. You wouldn't know it looking at my latest blog posts, or would you? Every time I go to sit down and update this page, I get derailed. Good stuff. Important stuff. Our younger daughter just graduated from high school, and of course I had to raise my hand to host the senior party at our house. My mom flew in from Pennsylvania. Our freezer broke just in time and my husband booked work travel perfectly as well so I was stuck cleaning out the freezer mess myself frantically ahead of it all. And in the midst of all of it, I'm heading to Woodlake Market in Kohler, Wisconsin and Harvest Market in Springfield, IL to launch product and sign cookbooks. The lesson in all of this? No matter what I am doing - I never can get away from life and being a mom. And that is the start of my latest interview with Raju Panjwani, author of Bold Conscious Leadership. This interview tapped into my thoughts on being Indian American, cooking, and owning my path. The title perfectly depicts my daily dilemma - 'I love to cook, but I hate making dinner'. Take a listen. You may just find that it resonates with you as well. And, that's okay. I think we need to own our mess to better make it our message. xoxo Anupy
