Friday, November 17, Whole Foods Lincoln Park, Chicago. The Myth and the Truth Behind Indian Curry Demonstration Style | 1 ½ hour class $15

Join me as I show you how to make a traditional North Indian vegetarian curry, give you tips on how to make a perfect side of basmati rice, and a spiced, crunchy Indian salad. To sign up, please see a Team Member at the Customer Service Desk or call at 312.587.0648.

Thursday, November 30, St. Charles, Illinois. 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
I am so excited to head to St. Charles Public Library for the first time to demo! Join me for a discussion and demonstration on how the right spice can add flavor and nutrition to all your food, especially Indian. We'll walk through the basic spices needed to make delicious homemade Indian cuisine and show you how to use the same spices to enhance popular non-Indian dishes. With a sprinkle of turmeric powder you can reduce inflammation and with a pinch of cumin seed add iron to your diet. Tasty samples will be provided. Anupy will be selling a copy of her cookbook following the program. REGISTER here
